    For the 28V-5V schematic I recommend you add another 10uF capacitor to the input and another 47uF cap to the output. 
    28V -3.3V schematic, add another 10uF cap on input and another 100uF cap on output.
    28V - 12V schematic, add another 10uF cap on input and two extra 22uF caps on the output.

    Also make sure your capacitors are rated above whatever voltage they will be receiving.
    If you haven't already, I recommend checking the part out on TI's Power Designer

    All other element values look correct given the input and output voltages shown on the schematic.
