Th RNR0011A footprint document, land pattern example, appears to be missing dimension lines for pad 11. What is the placement of this pad relative to the land pattern origin? I can not find dimension lines that place this pad relative to other pads shown. Also, 0.2mm via is a drill diameter? If so, what is the recommendation on annular ring?
