LP8556: TI solution suggestion

Dear Team,

Our customer's EV Charger product meets thermal issue at panel backlight driver(LP8556) when we burn-in the machine, the attachment is our panel spec:

Vin=4.5V

Vout=21.3~26.2V @25OC

Iout=65mA/one channel (total channel=4)

Control method:I2C (should be 1.8V level)

Operating temp should be higher than 85OC

 

And I also find several ICs may be the replacement: (bigger package)

LP8863-Q1

LP8866-Q1

TPS92390

Please suggest which one can meet our requirement,

            For the three ICs above, all of them can cover the input/output voltage range, current rating. For the thermal consideration, the thermal resistances of LP8863 and LP8866 are a little bit smaller than that of 92390. LP8866 is more recommended with enhanced diagnostics feature and power density.
