The customer's project uses TPS26621DRCR for the high temperature test in the factory,
They would like to know How to calculate the Max. TC (temperature resistance limit measured by IC Case)?
The general calculation formula in the factory is Max. TC = Max. TJ-(θJC * PD). Could you help to recommend?
