Looking for a drop in replacement for this piece as it is out of stock pretty much everywhere - mainly looking for something that I can source easily now with the same UVLO.

Unfortunately we do not have anything that is pin-to-pin that is in-stock... The closest thing that is currently in stock as of today is the UCC27518, which is non-automotive qualified and has an inverting input...

Ended up going with one of the BGA solutions - LMG1020.

Sorry, I thought you were looking for a pin-to-pin replacement...

There should be other options available too. Here is our Low-Side portfolio filtered down to 5V UVLO options.

Please keep in mind that the LMG1020 is a 5V driver; it can only supply 5V to the MOSFET gate (it can also only be supplied by 5V).

I was originally going for a pin for pin solution, but ended up deciding to switch to a different footprint as I had not ordered the boards that I was going to use this gate driver on yet. Looking a little more closely at the list that you linked me, the UCC27517ADBVR ended up being more suitable owing to my Vgs requirements.
