CSD97394Q4M: difference between CSD97394Q4M and CSD97376Q4M

Earlier this year I asked a question about CSD97394Q4M for its technical question. Thanks for answering the question at that time.

But I also would like to understand a bit more in detail.

Since CSD97376Q4M looks exact identical to CSD97394Q4M in the datasheet, is there really no difference in the physical layer at all?
