TLC5955: Max number for daisy chained

TLC5955 can work no matter how many device cascaded in one chain. Usually it depends on the display refresh frequency required from the system and the data transfer rate from the controller. In ideal condition if there is no transfer delay among devices, refreshing the data of all devices need time N * 769 / fSCLK, which should be smaller than the time between two display frame.
