Hi team,

Could you please help me to calculate or simulate Rdson under VGS=7.5V and TJ=50C, 75C or 125C?

My customer is designing buck converter with LM25145. As they need to use Rdson sensing, the accurate Rdson is important to set the current limit.

What is the best approach to calculate the Rdson accurately?

If possible, It would be really helpful if you kindly measure the Rdson vs TJ curve under VGS=7.5V.

    Hello Itoh-san,

    Nice to hear from you again. Rdson current sensing has inaccuracies due to normal process variations. I will pull together the characterization data collected during product development and contact you via regular email. I'm going to close this thread and will email you later after I have the necessary data.
