Hi Remy,

A SIMPLIS model for this device wasn't developed. However a PSpice model is available in the product folder TPS62085 PSpice

Hi John, Thanks for your answer. Do you know if you have a simplis model available for a similar part (which has the same dynamic behavior & e.g adjustable switching frequency. I highly prefer the Simplis solution over spice. It doesn't have to be a 100% match in my opinion.

Hi Remy,

I checked about this, but unfortunately all the devices from this family have just a PSpice model. Could you tell me what you are trying to simulate? Maybe this can be done via Webench. Or else I can check if we have some lab data for the conditions you are interested in.
