Can you please check and advise with the request below:

I could not find radiation resistance information for the product "5962-8944101VCA", which is the code available for the product UC1901-SP. Can you provide?

Does this product have a "Radiation-hardness-assured (RHA)" option? Or can you provide information if there is an equivalent durable product?

Hi,

This device has "-SP" marking and there is no clue about its TID and SEE.

Therefore, a question rises.

What is the meaning of "-SP" marking? How can a device have "-SP" marking?

We would like to know whether this device can be used for following space requirement safely?

*Requirement: Device should have TID >= 30krad(Si) , *No SEE (LET) up to 64 MeV.cm2/mg

Hey gG,

Many older devices have inherited the name -SP due to being used on space grade missions very early on.
This means that we don't always have perfect information about these old parts.

We do not have the required information that you need for the UC1901-SP, thus it may be better to look for an alternative part.

How can I learn briefly which space programs gave heritage to uc1901-sp? (LEO,GEO,MARS or known space programs etc.)

You are always able to look at the SMD for the parts where the TID rating will be shown in lettering.
