TPS2372-3EVM-757: How to determine RJ45 and transformer solution for PoE function?

I'm comfused about transformer. We would like to use PoE RJ45; however, the transformer should be included in RJ45 like attache spec "RJMG301T2XXE3XR.pdf" or we should choose an external transformer? If the answer is transformer should include in RJ45, the choke should should be 1CT : 1CT or have specific requirement? 

Another question on PD side, I took a snapshot from PoE vedio, did you have recommand material for bridge diode?

    Hello, 

    1. You can choose if you want the transformer integrated into the RJ45 connector or not. Up to you. That is more expensive than having a separate transformer, so we do not do it for our EVM's, but many customers successfully implement it this way. 

    2. Please see our EVM's for examples. For the TPS2372-3EVM757, the user's guide includes a BOM.
