Hello everyone,
I am a student, and I am building a LED driver for my project.
I'm using the UC3842 as my control IC for the flyback converter. While designing the circuit, unfortunately I did not implement a soft-start circuit for the control IC.
I would like to know if I can operate UC3842 without the soft-start circuit as well, and if it is safe to do so.
And if I can operate the IC without the soft-start circuit, will it still operate normally? Or would I need to take some extra precautions?
