Hello, 

I have a customer who is interested in using the LMR33620BRNX (1.4MHz) and is asking the following:

Their output is 5V @1A, Do we have any data on the temperature increase in this scenario other then what's in the Webench? 

Do we have an EVM with this package to send them?

    The temperature of the device will depend critically on the PCB copper area, as mentioned in the data sheet.

    If the customer can estimate the copper PCB area available, then the information in the data sheet can help to

    estimate the thermal performance.

    The customer can purchase a LMR33630ARNXEVM and replace the device with the 1.4MHz version and test.

    The LMR33630CRNXEVM is out of stock.

    The test will only be valid if the copper area of the actual customer application is the same as that of the EVM.
