1. Trise, Tfall - low side MOSFET rise time and fall time

2. Forward direction voltage of low-side MOSFET body diode

    Hi Karthick,

    I would suggest to use WEBENCH model for device design analysis. It will offer all parameters like power dissipation, ripple and so on. You can do quick measumrents on EVM board to find the rise and fall time.
