LM5141-Q1: Gate Drive Resistors

Hi Team,

Is it okay to only have gate drive resistors between HO and the FET? Or do gate drive resistors always need to be balanced with one added to the HO output and one added to the LO output equallly?

Hi Jared,

No problem adding gate resistors on the high-side FET to slow the turn on/off if needed. Leave the low-side FET gate resistors at 0 Ohms (or direct connection) as this is generally not required.
