In case of BQ40Z50, I was able to check voltage accuracy as below. Excluding current sense resister tolerance and board layout error, we can quantify ADC error. However, I couldn't find similar information on BQ30Z554-R1 datasheet. Can I ask how much voltage & current sense error BQ40Z50 has?

Hello Victor,

The information I could find for the coulomb counter:

Integral nonlinearity: ±0.008 (typ) ±0.034 (max) %FSR

For the ADC:

Integral nonlinearity: –0.1 V to 0.8 x VREF, ±0.010 (max) %FSR

Hello Wyatt,

Thanks for the comments and info. Can I ask if we have similar info for cell voltage sensing part? Maybe ADC could affect to both coulomb counter and cell voltage measurement?

Hello Victor,

The ADC is for the cell voltages and temperature sense, it is muxed.

Coulomb counter is separate.
