LM22679: LM22679-5p0_AVG for loop stability test

Hello,

I completed my design with LM22679-5p0_TRANS model, and now I would like to test loop stability. My understanding is that I should replace TRANS model with the TM22679-5p0_AVG model, and properly connect VIN, FB, SW and GND pins. The remainder of my circuit should remain the same. I am using LTSpice, so I am following steps in this document. Is there anything wrong in the steps I am taking?

One additional question I have: Do I need to change any parameters in the AVG model? For example, there is parameter L=6.8u. If this is an inductor value, do I need to change this to match my inductor?

Changing the value of L in the model should be the only change needed.

Just wanted to confirm - The remainder of the circuit remains intact? For example, I have a 15u output filter inductor, so I will change L-parameter to 15u. But, do I still keep the actual inductor on the schematic?
