LM334: Iset current drift spec calculation needed

Please provide the method to calculate the LM334 Iset current drift relative to temperature drift in degree Celsius.

I am looking at the Temperature Dependence of Set Current spec and am confused by the comment in note 2.

    Hi,

    The equation to set sense current is equation 3 on pg 6.

    The Vr has an error at 25C based on the "Set Current Error" in the EC table

    The 227uV/K is the slope and that has based on "temperature dependence of set current"

    This device is generally pretty old so its not that accurate. If you need an accurate current source/sink, it is easier to use a discrete implementation using a shunt voltage reference.
