Hi Sir,
I am afraid of no load for LP8758-B0 when use it, then the sense feedback will destroy the LP8758-B0.
If send reset command to LP8758-B0, then Vout is 0V, the LP8758-B0's sense function will off ?

Hi Sir,
I use this method but it has below error message.
"The File with identifier 'public_power_clock board-1026_v2.pdf' could not be found."
Hi Phil,
I think that my company has secret issue, so I can't use insert method to attach file.
I describe as below for two used situations.
I do power board to use LP8758-B0 with connector to plug in SOC board.
1. When I don't plug in the power board to SOC board for connecting to power plane and SOC, I just use 0 ohm resistor to connect the FB_B0 to 0.1uF capacitance, FB_B1 to GND at power board's connector side. Is it no problem for PMIC feedback? When I use reset function to always reset PMIC, is it OK. ?
2. When I plug in the power board to SOC board for connecting to power plane and SOC, I will remove the 0 ohm to disconnect the FB_B0 to 0.1uF capacitance, FB_B1 to GND at power board's connector side and it's no problem for FB_B0 using 8 mil trace to connect to power plane(with many cap. on power plane) and FB_B1 using 8 mil trace to GND for used power plane. But some PMIC channels are not used, if I use reset function to always reset PMIC, is it OK. ?
Hi Kevin,
I'm sorry; I don't understand what you said. Please contact your TI local FAE and then share your detail document and schematics with him/her and then he/she can send me Email for the review. I'm not allowed to share my email address here.
Please check the device datasheet, there is a simple schematic drawing (inserted below); the device always need a close up feedback loop no matter loaded or unloaded.
Thanks!
Phil
