Can we connect the NC pins (12 - 13, 15) to the ground rather than keep it floating? What will be the effect on the device?

Hi Renan,

It will activate the reverse battery auto-on function. Please see the datasheet description below.

thank you for this, what if only pin 15 is connected to the ground and others are left floating any issue?

It should not have issues with only pin 15 connected to ground.
