Part Number: LMG5200

I would like to know the characteristics of the switches used in the pmos and nmos circled in blue, and the switches used in the GaNFET circled in red.

For example, the gate voltage and drain current characteristics.

If you have datasheets for these, can you provide them?

Hi Lidong,

Unfortunately, we do not have any data that we can provide on the internal silicon gate drivers (circled in blue). However, the GaN electrical characteristics are shown below:

I have one more question, is this GaN FET made by TI?

Or, are they made by other companies such as EPC?

Hi Lidong,

This particular device uses GaN FETs made by EPC. All the other devices in our product page are designed and manufactured by TI.
