The TPS546D24A does not require any source code or support user programmable source code updating. The only user programmable values are the PMBus command values.
All initial programming of the TPS546D24A devices in the TPS546D24AEVM-2PH evaluation module are provided through the MSEL1, MSEL2, VSEL, and ADRSEL resistors populated on the PCB.
To interface with the TPS546D24A through PMBus, please download TI's FUSION Power Designer software and use a USB-to-GPIO adaptor.
If you are looking for the default PMBus settings, use the Offline version of FUSION Digital Power Designer to create a new project from scratch and select the TPS546D24A 2-phase design from the drop down menu of available devices.
Where can I find the offline version of FUSION Power Designer?
Please send me as an attachment at abdus.sattar@idealpower.com if possible.

I can not send it as an attachment, you will need to go to the link I provided and down-load the FUSION Digital Power Designer software. The installation includes both the On-line (used when connected to a TI PMBus device) and the Off-line (used when not connected to a PMBus device).
By default, the installation software sets up desk-top icons which show the TI logo, and creates entries under Texas Instruments within the application menu.
