The TI site is recommended the TPS65218D0RSLR instead of the TPS65218B1RSLR for the new design.

What is the difference between TPS65218B1RSLR and TPS65218D0RSLR ?

Hi Louis,

TPS65218D0 has a newer silicon revision where the "B1" issues were fixed. They are functionally equivalent and pin-to-pin compatible. For new designs, we recommend all customers using TPS65218D0. For existing designs that were using using the previous "B1" version, it can be replaced with the "D0" version if none of the B1 workarounds were implemented.
