TPS62090-Q1: Operation temperature and Tj temperature

Hi team,

I see the Tj is same between these two parts.

Could you please tell me why TPS62090 operation temp is up to 85 degreeC but TPS62090-q1 op temp is up to 125 degreeC?

    Hi Zirui,

    Both device has to follow different testing standards duet to there end applications. Normally, Q1 part is qualified according to automotive standards and that requires higher temp testing flow. Devices shares different thermal parameters in datasheet. 

    Could you share more details regarding both device comparison?
