UC3843A: IC heated after power up with 24 V DC or more than 15VDC

Hello

I'm using UC3843AD8 SOIC8 package IC for PWM generation. When I give power to IC it is getting worm on 12V . But when I was giving 24 Vdc power supply it is more heated .

Here is my schematic  IC are  more heated when give input to generate PWM 

Please suggest the changes in this schematic to avoid heating
