BQ24192: Not Charging

Hi,

Good Day. I have a customer who is using BQ24192 but the battery is not charging. The input source is 5.7V but still it's showing NO DPM and not charging. Below is his I2C configuration. Thank you very much.

gBQ24192IRegMapSet[2] = 0x24;
