Hello：

Please recommend a general MOSFET (dual MOS) with good relative delivery date and high cost performance.

Demand parameters: package SO-8、RDS (on) = about 100m Ω、VGS = ± 20V、id = about 2a、VDS = 60V.

Hello Jimmy,

Thanks for the inquiry. We have a couple of 60V, dual NFET devices in SO8: CSD88539ND is our closest to your requirements but on resistance is much lower (34mΩ max at VGS = 6V). This dual FET requires VGS >= 6V and has a max VGS = +/-20V. The other option is CSD88537ND but that is higher performance/cost solution.

Hi Jimmy,

Thanks again for your interest in TI FETs. We have two, -20V dual PFET devices: CSD75208W1015 and CSD75207W15. Both are in a common source configuration. TI has no other dual PFET devices - only singles up to -20V Vds.
