TPS54618-Q1: what are differents of TPS54618QRTERQ1 and TPS54618CQRTERQ1 ?

The TPS54618CQRTERQ1 (C revision) has the PL-coating on die that will improved automotive robustness of device. It is change to decrease the failure rate.  

Both devices are pin to pin compatible and no change on device performance.
