Hi team,

Customer use TLV73325PQDBVRQ1 to output 2.5V and when testing the power-up, here is a current plus which is high than 390mA(The green one). 

Will it have risk? How to solve it?

    Hi Amelie, 

    The current limit for TLV733P can range between 360mA and 700mA, so 390mA is not a concern.  

    If you would like to reduce this current for system level reasons (perhaps Vin is drooping causing other issues in the system) then the output capacitor would need to be reduced. That is because the current at startup will be Iout=Cout*dVout/dt and the Vout ramp rate is set by the rise of the internal voltage reference so only changing Cout will change the inrush current at startup.
