CSD15380F3: noise data

Hi team, 

my customer is looking for a low noise FET to replace BF862 that is EOL

CSD15380F3 can be a possible candidate but any data on noise is missing in the DS. 

is such available for this FET? Please let me know if this cannot be shared public, NDA is in place.

    Hello Jens,

    Thanks for the inquiry. TI does not test or publish noise data for any of our power MOSFETs. The CSD15380F3 is optimized for load switch applications and has not been tested for audio or RF applications. We have no plans to characterize or test TI FETs in this manner. Therefore, we have no data of how it will perform in these types of applications.
