1. Could you please let me know the input type of TPS54325 EN pin? Is it CMOS input?

2. How much is the input impedance of the EN pin?

Kazuki-san,

I would expect the input impedance at EN pin to be in the megaohms. I have contacted the designer to see if we can find any more details.

Hi Kazuki-san,

It is a CMOS input connected to MOSFET gate oxide. In addition there is a 450k resistor from EN to ground.

Thank you for checking.

Could you please let me know the tolerance of the 450k resistor from EN to GND?

From the measurement of 8pcs of TPS54325, it was from 380k to 420k.

This is not characterized but tolerance is expected to be +/-20%
