    Hi Hattori,

    Unfortunately, we will not be able to support IBIS models. There are pspice models available for this device on the TI product page. Can the customer perform simulations using the pspice models? What exactly do they want to simulate with an IBIS model specifically? Also, may I know why they use LM2831. I highly recommend to change the design using one of our newer synchronous buck converters.
