We are developing ultra low power device. we are using TPS62740 buck converter on our PCB. we wanted to calculate/check the frequency range.
Our device requirement.
V(in) : 3.6V
V(out) : 2.5V
I(out) : up-to 100mA.

There is not some specific equation to calculate the switching frequency during PWM mode in DCS control, it depends upon various factors including losses, minimum off time, propagation delays etc.
The below equation can help in calculation of switching frequency for light loads (PSM Mode)
