LM3414HV: LED current setting of multiple LM3414HV

I have a design which uses multiple LM3414HV channels, but they all need to be set to the same LED current, and that needs to be adjustable.

Can a common variable resistor or a resistor ladder with DIP switches, be used to feed the IADJ pin of all the chips? If not, what would be the best method to do that?
