Hello,

My schematic review is as follows:

1. Confirming the programmed VBAT_OV to be 4.235 V. However, we recommend the sum of the resistors be no higher than 13 MegaOhm.

2. Confirming VBAT_OK_PROG = 2.786 V and VBAT_OK_HYST = 2.986 V. However, we recommend the sum of the resistors be no higher than 13 MegaOhm.

3. Please make sure at least 100 uF of equivalent capacitance is connected to VBAT_SEC.
