what are the differences between the ATL431 and the ATL431LI?

Hi Juan,

There are differences of continuous cathode current between the devices (-100mA to 150mA for 431, and -10mA to 18mA for the 431LI).

The 431LI is available in the X2SON package.

The 431LI has a slightly lower maximum cathode voltage VKA (37V vs 40V).

These are some of the main differences. Other differences in spec can be found in the datasheets of these devices.

The differences in cathode current translate to different biasing conditions to ensure the cathode current requirements are met during operation.
