BQ76952EVM: Communication problem with EVM during parameter change

I am using BQ76952 EVM. EVM is powered up and I am able to see the communication happening within EVM and GUI on my PC. But whenever i am trying to change any protection parameter or change any setting related to errors enable and disable and after that click on write all there is always a error comes No Acknoledment from the device.

    Hello Ketan, 

    Are you using the EVM to communicate with the computer using bqStudio? What error does it show?

    If not, could you explain the process you are using when attempting to change the settings of the IC?

    Hi luis

    Issue is resolved as i used wrong GUI. Thanks for your reply.

    Apart from this i have one issue, After enabling Fets by giving fet enable command both cfet and dfet turns on and when i am trying to pass 100mA or less than discharging current my Dfet is getting turned off even my protection threshold of OCDP are more.

    Hello Ketan,

    See which protections you have enabled and what are the thresholds of each.

    Could you share your gg configuration file? So I may see if I notice anything.
