Hi Ben,

The simulation results eff Psi-JB at 7°C/W.

It's important to note that this model reflects a specific test case (JEDEC PCB) and use condition and does not guarantee that the device will function as in a customer system.

Hi Ben,

The simulations do not have the following info. But, one can back-calculate using the equations provided in SPRA953 (equation 9 & Equation 8).
