Please explain in detail the difference between the TPS62067QDSGRQ1 and TPS62067DSGR, thank you!

1. Did they come from the same wafer line and package line?
2. The specific differences between them (wafer, packaging, production line, process, testing, etc.)

    Hi Xiang,

    TPS62067QDSGRQ1 (Automotive part) part test and production has followed the automotive flow according to AEC-Q100 standards while TPS62067DSGR  (Commercial part)testing qualified according to JEDEC standard.

    You can find more details in datasheet on spec but design architecture for both device is similar. 

    Could you share more details on application and what is the concern here?
