BQ78350-R1: can i access cylce count register from bq78350-r1

hi all,

I am working with part BQ78350-R1 in my BMS project. I got new requirement where i should display the cycle count of the battery pack, 

so my question is 

1) Can i get cycle count data from bq78350-r1 gauge IC? is cycle count register accessible to user? 

2) If yes what which command i have to send to get the cycle count data.
