LM3481: LM3481 Multiple output scheme?

The requirements are as follows:

Parameter requirements for DC-DC isolated power supply

Input: 12VDC

Output: 5vdc-1a (1 circuit, high voltage isolation)

Output: 15vdc-0.2a (3-way, high voltage isolation)

Output: 12vdc-1.5a (1 circuit, high voltage isolation)

Ambient temperature: 50 degrees

Total power: 32w-35w

Can lm3481 be used to meet the following requirements, or please recommend a more appropriate scheme?

    Thank you for considering our products.  Could you consider the LM5155x or LM5156x instead of the LM3481?  The LM5155 and LM5156 are our newer controller to support your applications, and they should perform better than the LM3481.  For instance, they have stronger gate driver, lower current sense working voltage, which can help achieve better efficiency.  Yes the LM3481 can also support your applications, but the LM5155x and LM5156x has better design tools (see the link below), which include the support of three output rails, and you can use to start your design?
