TPS25840-Q1: /BUCK_ST floating

Hi All,

I have a question about the /BUCK_ST pin of the TPS25840-Q1.
Could I leave it floating or the pull-up resistor is needed?
What is the risk if we left it floating?

Hi Chia Cheng Wang,

For the /BUCK_ST pin of the TPS25840-Q1,it is a open-drain output pin, so in my opinion, there is no any risk if you floating it.

Besides, I have a little curious about this question, why can't you pull-up this pin with resistance? Is it worry about pcb layout ?
