UCD3138: FUSION-DIGITAL-POWER-STUDIO could not be accessed after breaking down during programming

Customer reported that FUSION-DIGITAL-POWER-STUDIO could not be accessed with the below error showing up. Their computer shut down suddenly when they used FUSION-DIGITAL-POWER-STUDIO to program the firmware into UCD3138, and after that the software showed this issue and even existed if installing a new one. Could you please help check any solutions for this? Thank you.

Can you try the latest GUI here https://www.ti.com/tool/FUSION-DIGITAL-POWER-STUDIO

Also try to install to a new folder on your system (instead of the default). Let me know if you still have the problem.

Hi Amiel,

They have tried the latest GUI and to install to a new folder, but it did not help.

Hello Aki,

Can you translate the message for me? Also try to open the application as an administrator (can right click and then select run/open as Administrator).

The program needs administrator privilege's to create a folder to store logs and preferences.
