Hi,
I simulate the LMZ14201H based circuit in Tina. I use Fig 8-1 design shown on datasheet.
Vout=5V, Vin=12V rise from 0V to 12V in 1ms, Rent=100k, Renb=17.3k
I got the LMZ14201H spice model from TI website, LMZ14201H Unencrypted PSpice Transient Model
Result:
The Ven signal always at ~2V
Vout is 0V
Questions:
do I use the right spice model?
why is Ven always at ~2V and Vout=0V?
