Ambient temperature up to 70 degrees
MOSFET we choose CSD18563Q5A high-side and low-side are the same
Whether LM5145 chooses high-side and low-side MOSFETs requires special attention to parameters such as Turn off delay time and Fall Time to avoid simultaneous conduction of high-side and low-side.
Due to cost issues, it is possible to choose CSD19534Q5A?
Can the 14-ns adaptive dead-time control of LM5145 prevent the high-side and low-side from being turned on at the same time, for example, choose a MOSFET with a MOSFET Turn off delay time greater than 14ns (CSD19534Q5A)?
