Hello Team,

What exactly happens when the applied voltage to LM4030 is smaller than its reverse breakdown voltage (2,5 V)?

Does any current flow via LM4030 in this condition? Or there is no current and the current starts flowing only above 2,5 V?

  • Hi Renan,

    If the LM4030 is being starved for voltage (below 2.5V), it will leak a negligible amount of current. It will be less than 120uA (which is the minimum operating current).
