During the warehousing inspection (10 pcs from 3000 PCs), we found that there was a hole on the chip surface. The electrical test was passed, but there were many small holes after cutting the chip. Although it can be traced that the chips were purchased from Ti store, we still can't confirm whether it will be affected quality after getting on the machine,please help to check if we can use it directly,thanks.
