Hi team,

Customer is looking for high side switches in BCM with below requirements. Are any devices that meet these requirements?

1. 1ch, 7A load, Over current/temperature protection

2. 1ch/2ch/4ch, 65W Bulb(PWM), Over current/temperature protection and current sense

    Hi Muwei,

    1. For this high current level, customer would want to try smaller Rdson device. Could you ask them to check if TPS27SA08 would meet their requirement?

    2. TPS1HB08F-Q1 would be a good option as the internal current limit is set to 94A for high wattage bulb driving.
