What is "2U" and "G4" mean in naming rule ?

Can they drop in replace each others?

These are same parts with same flow , die etc except alternate part numbers

Sorry I'm not fully understand.

I know G4 which should mean different Lead finish/Ball material. But the IC should be the same.

But how about 2U ?

I can drop in replace each others right ?
