TPS7A85: High current LDO with shorter startup time

Hello LDO folks,

Does TI have LDO with very short startup time (nano-seconds level)? I check TPS7a85, 4A LDO, but it looks this device has micro-seconds of startup time. The basic operating condition is as below : 

- Vin.max 6.3V

- Iload.max 4A

Please help suggest products to meet those requirements or similar. Thanks a lot.

    Hi Ella, 

    To date we have not seen much customer interest in an LDO with such a short startup time due to the majority of customers wanting to control/limit the in-rush current needed to charge Cout. 

    Please reach out internally to myself,  Xavier R., and Steve M. from the LDO product line to discuss in more detail and allow us to assess the use case.
